REQUEST FIRE REPORT

Request Fire Report

Please submit the following information for the request of a non-medical incident report. All request will be reviewed by the administration and approved by the Fire Chief. Please allow for up to 5 business days for approval/denial. Upon approval, Fire Reports may be picked up at the Shenango Area Fire District, East New Castle Fire Station upon appointment. A check or Money Order in the amount of $20.00 will be required upon pick-up. If you request that the report be mailed, payment must be received in full prior to mailing.
